1.Customer Engagement and Assistance 60%

Suggestive selling is an integral part of this service.

2.Product Demonstrations and Events 20%

Hold product events following established company guidelines and directions. Execute the established sales plan and track results; “own” the beauty business in your store.

3.Department Management and Maintenance 5%

Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and other special promotional materials in support of corporate and local advertising efforts.

5.Training 5%
