Freelance Interior Designer Needed for Private Home Immediately

I am looking to hire an interior design student to help me complete the renovation of my new apartment on the UWS. My fiance and I totally gutted the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, and with the help of a general contracor and millworker appointed through the co-op board, we completed the plans for our new home. However, the plans we had initially agreed upon were botched by the outside vendors and we are now faced with an architectural/interior design nightmare. I am the Director of HR for an LVMH company and my fiance is in sales, traveling 4-5 days each week.

We are also getting married in NYC in one month and have invited 600 people! we are totally stressed to the max dealing with this apartment as the design and layout needs a total overhaul to make the space functional for our lifestyle. We would like to hire an aspiring interior design student to consult for us and handle the design challenges that we are now facing only 4 weeks before our wedding. This would be a paid part time position, flexible hours, and we will offer a compeitive hourly rate. the main focus is the entryway/living/dining/kitchen room layout, as the original design called for seating installation for our dining area, which was installed incorrectly and totally inefficiently. Now that we have pieces like this installed, we have to find a talented individual who can work around this problem and find a creative way to make this great room become functional as well as aesthetically pleasing to ourselves and guests that will be arriving in 4 weeks.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Initial 1-hr consultation with my fiance and I, timing is flexible as we would work around the student’s schedule
