Job Duties: Develop a relationship of trust with each customer, Kindly welcome all visitors, Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting and always being willing to give them advice if needed, Using a non-invasive method of sales Have a dynamic cheerful and positive attitude Promote the website and other galleries throughout the world, Ensure the proper display of all the artists Being committed in the achievement of all tasks according to the established schedule Knowing the exhibited artists background and promote the soon-coming artist Therefore be aware of the coming marketing operations (events, etc) and semester calendar in general,Ensure the maintenance of the gallery and tools Ensure a permanent clean store and keep a clear and accessible storage of the artworks Take care of all gallery-related equipment – Respect the rules and procedures of Carré d’artistes such as safety rules, schedules, sanitary rules, etc – Administrative follow Properly filling the different paperwork : daily sales sheets, vouchers, Ensure daily report – Be proactive, get involved in possible improvements by looking critically at the currently used methods and system – Convey a positive image of the company, provide a continuous strong and dynamic corporate imagebe an ambassador of the company’s values Show an optimistic, warm and friendly attitude – Basic Qualifications. 2-3 years of work experience in retail sales. Superior verbal and written communications skills. Fluency in French is a plus.
