Assistant Baker

Job Description: The Assistant baker will be responsible for:- establishing the daily production plan- manufacturing meringues from preparation to baking- ensuring quality standards are reached- controlling inventories of raw material and ensuring replenishment- Keeping production area in perfect hygiene conditions- Implementing Food Protection guidelinesTraining to baking principles will be provided on site.The Assistant baker will report to the Baker Skills sought:- manual skills and dexterity- attention to details and quality- ability to work under time constraint- prior experience of using a decorating bag is a plus.
