· Being a brand ambassador for SIX:02. Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service. Connecting with customers by building relationships and servicing their fashion and fitness needs. Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations. Act as a partner between customers, Sales Associates, Sales Lead and the Store Manager. Connect your customer with the community and share the latest fitness events, classes and promotions with customers. Prove expertise of products, fitness, and fashion trends to customers by conveying how the product fits their needs. Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming promotions. Additional responsibilities may be included.
At least 1 year of retail and management experience. Clienteling and styling experience is a plus. Must have a passion for footwear, fitness, and/or fashion. Must have an interest in an active and/or healthy lifestyle. Ability to manage and deliver an elevated customer experience. Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Base dependent on experience plus 1% comission
Hours per week:
Varies as a part time position, maximum 29.
