Itochu Prominent is looking for Customer Service Representatives
Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant customer information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Perform customer verifications.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Manage customers’ accounts.
Record details of customer inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken.
Handle administration duties.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
1 + years of experience in a customer service role
Microsoft Office experience required. (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Excellent communication, organizational & time management skills required
Excellent problem solving skills
