Customer Service Representative at Itochu Prominent

Itochu Prominent is looking for Customer Service Representatives

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
 Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
 Obtain and evaluate all relevant customer information to handle inquiries and complaints.
 Perform customer verifications.
 Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
 Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
 Manage customers’ accounts.
 Record details of customer inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken.
 Handle administration duties.
 Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
 1 + years of experience in a customer service role
 Microsoft Office experience required. (Excel, Word & Outlook)
 Excellent communication, organizational & time management skills required
 Excellent problem solving skills
