Nonprofit Programming Intern and Crop Production Intern

Production/Farm Team Interns will be working alongside a team of highly trained individuals and focusing on the agricultural production side of our organization. This internship will require hands-on individuals who are able to use problem solving skills while helping our farms flourish. Over the course of the internship, you will gain a better understanding of crop production by planting and harvesting produce, storing produce, learning about pest control and irrigation, and helping to maintain our two farms to ensure maximum productivity.

Nonprofit Programming Team Interns will be working both on and off the fields and gaining a better understanding of what it takes to run a successful nonprofit organization. Our staff will work with you to focus on your key areas of interest. Opportunities for furthering your career goals include educational programming, social media and marketing, volunteer event programming, and project management experience. Previous experience working with or volunteering for a nonprofit is desired, but not required. Because of our small staffing size and intimate setting, we are willing work to create an internship experience that will best further each intern’s career goals.

Job Requirements: Previous experience working with a nonprofit/volunteering or working with crop production are a plus, but no required
