The Sales Associate drives store sales by providing exceptional customer service to all clients of Nicole Miller. They build a sustainable business through clientelling and represent the brand positively in all that they do. The Sales Associate reports to the store management team.
-Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
-Provide an elevated shopping experience that includes full head-to-toe styling sessions and client engagement.
-Build and maintain a loyal client base, with a minimum of 20% of your business coming from client sales.
-Ensure all post-sale details are handled in a timely manner, including alterations, warehouse orders, shipping and returns.
-Participate in all required store and corporate level trainings to develop a thorough understanding of the brand and our product.
-Contribute to the maintenance of the store, including cleanliness, replenishment and merchandising standards.
-Communicate product needs to management, ensuring timely replenishment of key styles.
-Comply with all company policies and procedures.
-Proactively suggest networking opportunities and new sales initiatives to drive traffic and improve the way we do business.
-Maintain an active awareness about the fashion industry including current trends (both style and business related) and the representation of our competitors.
-A minimum of two years sales experience in the NYC better-to-luxury retail market.
-Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.
-Must have an active client book to drive new business to Nicole Miller.
-Willingness to join and participate in a collaborative business environment.
-High level of personal integrity.
-College degree in progress or completed in related field preferred.
