Me&Ro is hiring a part time Retail/ E-commerce Sales & Customer Service person for its Nolita flagship store. Me&Ro has been at the forefront of modern jewelry design for 25 years, creating a style of jewelry that has been recognized universally, inspiring a movement of personal, handcrafted fine jewelry. Me&Ro is made exclusively in New York City using the finest recycled metals and ethically sourced stones.
We are looking for a highly-motivated and hardworking team player with a love of fashion and jewelry!
• Assist customers in store with purchases
• Assist customers with e-commerce orders, returns and exchanges
• Respond to all customer inquiries via email and phone
• Experience in luxury sales and/or web customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Passion for working with people
• Ability to self-motivate and be proactive and creative getting clients to the store
• Willingness to work weekends
• Proficient and comfortable with various computer programs. Shopify experience a plus.
