Holiday Market Sales Associate

Job Description:- Selling and interaction with customers. You will make suggestions for their gifting choices and help them style their purchases – Accurately and efficiently run the register, cash count, change, etc. – Retail order packaging – Upselling products: earrings with a necklace, rings with a bracelet, etc. – Maintain a clean and organized store and register – Restocking items in the store – Complete opening and closing inventory and paperwork

Job Requirements:- Ability to sell, relate to others and communicate effectively – Skilled at making quality decisions and following written and verbal instructions to meet deadlines on tasks and projects – Ability to receive feedback and to take action when appropriate – Available October 20th – January 3rd. – Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week. – Punctuality is a must – Previous experience in retail or customer service – Hardworking individual who is able to be on their feet for 7+ hours – Comfortable with multitasking

Bonus to have but not required- Knowledge of Square, Shopify POS, Inventory Management Systems – College Degree – Ability to carry 15 pounds (load in) – Speak an additional language(s)

Compensation: $14/hr

Hours per Week: 25 +/-
